What is
Peer Review?
"A peer review of a
member firm, carried out by other CPAs under the
auspices of the AICPA, provides assurance that the firm
has an appropriate system of quality control for its
accounting and auditing practice and that it is
complying with that system." - American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants
All professional staff
attend in-house education courses related to auditing
each year to stay informed on current laws, regulations,
and audit procedures. All staff performing significant
audit work on government and nonprofit entities receive
the required 24 hours of continuing education every two
years in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.
Rukkila Negro and Associates assures quality in the field
through work paper review and inspection and conformance
to audit programs during the engagement.
